The Thai-style roast turkey is marinated for 24 hours with tom yum paste and mustard sauce, and baked at 120°C for 2 hours. Eat, drink and be merry this holiday season and feast on the sumptuous festive buffet at Azur. Seafood aficionados can dive into the splendid seafood on ice selection and have your pick of Peruvian Scallops, Baby Crayfish, Tiger Prawns and more. You may also enjoy fresh slices of Salmon, Tuna and Tako sashimi or help yourselves to the assorted Sushi and Maki and Cha Soba. The buffet also offers a selection of salads, antipasti, cold cuts and cheese from the charcuterie and cheese section.
Two tasty hot soups from our chefs’ repertoire of recipes grace our soup kettles – the Asian-style Double Boiled Black Chicken with Ginseng Soup and the Western Cream of Winter Squash with Cinnamon and Almond Flakes, accompanied by assorted breads.
