Edge is launching a buffet spread targeted at diners who enjoy the fiery kiss of heat from 1 to 26 October 2019. Savour bold and piquant flavours originating from the Sichuan province in south-western China as varying degrees of spiciness stimulate and excite the senses.
Well-loved Sichuan specialties with a heavy emphasis on garlic and chilli peppers, as well as the unique flavour of the Sichuan pepper features dominantly on the buffet menu. Cold Chicken in Red Chilli Oil, Chong Qing Baked Seabass, Fish Fillet with Pickled Mustard Greens, Stir-fried Frog with Pickled Chilli, Double-boiled Pork Trotters and Soy Beans Soup, and Szechuan Dan Dan Noodles are just a few of the dishes to be enjoyed.
The buffet selection is further complemented with an expansive selection of refreshing treats to neutralise the spiciness including Silky Beancurd with Beancurd Skin, Mango Sago with Pomelo and Osmanthus Jelly with Longan.

The alcoholic version of the buffet comes with unlimited pours of Veuve Clicquot Brut Yellow Label Champagne or Veuve Clicquot Brut Rosé Champagne, along with beers, wines and selected cocktails. The non-alcoholic version is paired with unlimited fresh juices, soft drinks, coffee and tea instead.
