Get into the swing of Summer with a specially-created luscious six-course Summer Menu at authentic Cantonese restaurant Jiang-Nan Chun. Designed by Executive Chinese Chef Tim Lam, this seasonal menu is intended to nourish and aid wellness during the warm season and each dish is thoughtfully crafted to relieve, rebalance and reenergize.

Enjoyed in the tranquil, paradise-like ambience of JiangNan Chun, a refreshing start of Chilled Sliced Whole Abalone and Cod with Rose Wine Sauce beckons. A special rendition of the signature double-boiled soups, the light fragrance of the Double-boiled Pork Shoulder with Figs and Cordyceps Flower lifts the palate effortlessly with realigning the internal energy flow.

Fresh Crab Claw with Egg White and Chinese Wine follows and easily leads into a subtle Cabbage Roll with Winter Melon, Kombu Seaweed and Mushrooms vegetable. End with a hearty Braised Flat Noodles with Pork Collar and a tropical-inspired Chilled Coconut Pudding with Bird’s Nest.

The Summer Delights Menu is available at $158 per person, from 17 June to 31 August at both Lunch and Dinner Daily.
