Set in the new Capri by Fraser, China Square, JÙN, aims to deliver the authentic Singapore experience through its culinary expertise. Weaving the essence of a charming dining scene, the chefs draw inspiration from Singapore’s rich migrant Nanyang heritage, fused with modernised local recipes to represent the melting pot of culture that is Singapore today.

Special Fragrant Clam
A key highlight of the menu is the comprehensive selection of seafood. Using fresh catch-of-the-day, paired with the finest culinary execution, guests can savour signature dishes such as the Fragrant Asari Clam; wok-fried with Chef’s special blend of spices, curry leaves and lemongrass for a fiery kick to ones’ palates, or the Chef’s Special Garlic Butter Crab; a definite crowd-pleaser bursting with rich buttery flavour that seeps into the succulent flesh.

Steam Fish Teochew Style
Not forgetting the staple of Chinese cuisine, the menu also boasts a good variety of rice and noodle dishes. Most would strike a sense of familiarity, such as the Moonlight Wagyu Beef Hor Fun and KL Seafood Hokkien Noodle; both stir-fried with distinctive wok-hei, showcasing strong and smokey flavours.

The perfect closing note to every meal is a delicious selection of sweetness. Finish light with the Double Boiled Tianjin Pear; simmered with peach blossom jelly, bitter apricot kernel and red dates, this refreshing delight can be enjoyed hot or cold. For the adventurous taste buds, the Baked Chempedak Crumble promises a full bite of rich and creamy chempedak fruity flavour.

To complement your meal, JÙN brings about a wide beverage collection from champagnes and wines to spirits such as whisky, Chinese spirits and brandy. Garnished to perfection, one can also look out for unique cocktail concoctions like the Junjito, JÙN’s Singapore Sling and Piña Colada.
