The highly coveted list is the result of an annual vote by over 1,000 experts globally comprising chefs, restaurateurs, food media and well-travelled gourmets, who make up The World’s  50  Best Restaurants  Academy.

 

Taking place on 25 June 2019, the ceremony will mark the world’s largest annual gathering of the most influential figures in the culinary scene. Singapore will be the first in Asia to host the prestigious worldwide awards ceremony, a testament to the city-state’s global reputation as a premium and diverse gastronomic destination.
