
For the founders of Restaurant JAG , Singapore’s newest fine dining French restaurant, Michelin Star Chef Jeremy Gillon and Managing Director Anant Tyagi, have launched their first official partnership together with the goal of providing an experience for guests that will be re-defined after every visit.
As Chef Jeremy puts it, “I like sharing, exchanging, transmitting moments of emotion with my clients and my teams, discovering new flavors and new products. I have a greedy and curious nature, and I like the idea of discovering or rediscovering flavours, or being reminded of memories from childhood.”

Located in Duxton Road, the restaurant is spread across two floors. Level 1 has seats for 25 and views of the open kitchen, while the lounge and bar on level 2 is outfitted with Chesterfield furniture and has intimate bar seating.

Head on up to the second floor to start your evening with a couple of drinks at their intimate lounge, where you’ll discover a some of JAG’s special cocktails ($18.00 each), crafted using the very herbs grown in their kitchen garden. The cocktails are leaning towards the herby side, each with its unique flavour note
Gin lovers will love the bitter citrus tipple called The Keeper; featuring barsol pisca, sage syrup and Agastache herbs, while the ladies will love The Relaxer, a floral cocktail featuring umeshu kanjuku ume, jasmine green tea and Angelique.


The Lounge Bar
The Lounge Bar at Restaurant JAG located on the second floor is a true evening hideaway. It’s chesterfields & wood driven décor compliments the artisan approach across the premises. The lounge offers a bespoke experience whether that be Cocktails or Wines from extensive list showcasing over 200 expressions including some boutique Sakes. The culinary experience upstairs has hearty dishes such as Croque Monsieur, Steak Tartar, Farcon Savoyard, etc. The Lounge never fails to please.

The artisanal approach is evident in every detail of the new restaurant: From the custom wood and stonework created by craftsmen from around the world, the white-gloved Gueridons in the dining room, the custom glasswork from Kimura, Japan, to the selection of indigenous herbs from the mountainsides in Savoie, France, it is the attention to details in all the little things that communicate what Restaurant JAG is all about.


The Dining Room
The dining room at Restaurant JAG is an intimate space with 7 tables and can accommodate 26 guests. The experience across lunch and dinner revolves around tasting menus. During Lunch we offer either 3 Expressions or 5 Expressions. During Dinner there is the choice among 5 Expressions, 7 Expressions (A culinary journey) or the 10 Expressions (A true gourmand experience).



The 5 Expressions menu ($98++), available for lunch and dinner, includes canapes and amuse bouche and comprises Hokkaido scallop, foie gras with smoked eel, Brittany turbot and Pyrenees baby lamb.
The 7 Expressions, also known as A Culinary Journey ($168++), and The 10 Expressions or A True Gourmand Experience ($218++), are the Discovery Degustation dinner options, in which the chefs will cook a meal built around your dietary preferences and inclinations.

Guests of the restaurant can expect a bevy of exclusive offerings, including:
● Exclusive 5-course select or 10-course experiential dinner selections.
● Exclusive cocktails and teas showcasing some of the 40 indigenous herbs from the Savoie Mountains in France.
● Each dining table will receive a gift at the end of their meal, as a gesture of appreciation, such as a signature bottle of olive oil made exclusively for Restaurant JAG or a box of unique tisane from the mountains of Savoie which is also unique to Restaurant JAG.
● Executive 3 course lunch sets for the discerning.
● 200 exclusive wines, made up of 85% French wines, 10% sake, and 5% world wines.
