set dinner featuring holiday inspired appetizer – Baked Pumpkin and Orange Soup with Crab Meat before savouring your choice of mains of either Roasted Turkey Breast with Sweet Potato and Chestnut Mash with Marshmallow, Broccolini and Cranberry Sauce or Grilled Ribeye Steak served with Brussel Sprouts, Chestnuts, Mushroom Ragout with Port Wine Sauce. End your dining experience on a jolly note with a Christmas Chestnut Delight, a delicate almond sponge draped in chestnut mousse with blackcurrant crémeux and white chocolate crunchy pearls.

If you prefer your steak to be soft and moist, I recommend you order medium rare, and you will find your steak juicy and delicious.

Roasted Turkey Breast with Sweet Potato and Chestnut Mash with Marshmallow, Broccolini and Cranberry Sauce

Surprisingly the turkey breast is not dry and tough as you would imagine, it is soft and moist, very tender. One of the best turkey breast we have tasted so far.
