One of the signature highlights and must-try menu item is the Ikedukuri – live seafood sashimi. The fresh flavours and texture of the sashimi reinforces RIZU’s namesake as purveyors of quality. In keeping with the Japanese fine attention to detail, each dish is masterfully plated to showcase the unique RIZU essence. To complement the food menu, a specially selected spectrum of impressive sake takes guests on an exploration through Japan. The beverage menu also features a simple and refined wine, native craft beer and Champagne list. The gastronomic journey ends on a high with the refreshing palate cleansing Matcha Rare Cheese Cake.
