Garibaldi is one of Singapore’s most popular and respected Italian restaurant landmarks. It has been awarded one Michelin Star in the Singapore Michelin Guide 2017 and 2018, two years in a row. Located along the trendy Purvis Street, Garibaldi provides a fine example of a stylish Italian eatery – modern, elegant yet friendly and dynamic. The menu emphasizes authentic Italian cuisine prepared with the best ingredients mainly imported directly from Italy. The elegant bar offers a great selection of wines by the glass and excellent cocktails. In fact from the wines displayed, they have been acquiring an excellent collection of fine and rare wines.





Set lunch is available from only  $ 39++, and the chef constantly improves on the menu to ensure there is something new for the regular guests. They also created a caviar menu, specially to pair with Carelian Caviar they brought in from Finland.

Carelian Caviar is a sustainable – and 100 % natural – premium product, produced in crystal-clear Nordic waters on a sturgeon farm in Finland´s beautiful North Carelia water district. Their farm uses a special indoor farming technique, the Recirculated Aqua System, that allows quality control from spawn to roe, producing luxurious caviar with perfectly balanced texture, aroma and flavour. It´s silky in the mouth, fresh on the nose, and has lingering notes of ocean on the palate. Cultivation of sturgeons in this way helps to preserve the wild sturgeon population.

Fresh imported sea urchin pair with sweet prawns and special Carelian Caviar. It is perfectly balanced in texture, aroma and flavour. It is silky in the mouth, fresh on the nose, and has lingering notes of ocean on the palate. Highly recommended.

The deep fried stuffed Zucchini flower is a pleasant surprise because the inside is soft, creamy while the outside is crispy and hot. The langoustine is also known as the Norway lobster, juicy, crunchy, perfectly matched with the Zucchini.

Guinea Fowl Tortellini with Truffle

Tortellini are ring-shaped pasta, sometimes also described as “navel shaped”, hence their alternative name of “belly button” (ombelico). They are typically stuffed with a mix of meat, cheese, or a combination of both. Originally from the Italian region of Emilia. The truffle here enhanced the taste of the Tortellini, which is great to pair down with a glass of red wine.




Atlantic Cod with Crab Meat & Tomato Broth

Perfectly pan-seared Atlantic cod fish, with tomato broth, just makes you hungry for more.


Iberico Pork Collar with Parmesan Mashed Potatoes

Iberico pork is soft in texture, matches well with the Parmesan mashed potatoes, topped with slices of truffle to enhance the tastes.

Zabaione is an Italian dessert, made with egg yolks, sugar, and a sweet wine.

Garibaldi’s Private Rooms are ideal for business entertainments, birthday parties, wine dinners and other social gatherings. With their foldable walls, the Private Rooms can be joined together to form larger private rooms. The entire restaurant may be reserved for events up to 120 guests. Set Menus can be arranged and customized according to preference.
