On 9 August, indulge in a four-course set dinner crafted by Head Chef Emanuele Faggi, accompanied by breathtaking views of the Marina Water Front.
Dinner commences with a refreshing antipasti of pan-seared Hokkaido scallops with house-made ‘pappa al Pomodoro’ sauce, ‘stracciatella’ cheese, and basil oil, followed by flavourful ’Acquerello’ saffron risotto cooked with bone marrow and garnished with 24 karat gold leaf.

For the main course, diners are offered a choice of tender, oven-baked black cod and roasted asparagus, or roasted rack of veal served with gratinated hazelnut, sautéed mushroom, and sea asparagus. Exquisite shavings of summer truffles adorn both main courses for a perfumed finish.
Bringing the dinner to a sweet conclusion is an indulgent dessert of chocolate variations. The restaurant offers live screening of the action at Marina Bay Floating Platform for diners to catch up on the National Day Parade.
The celebration continue with the unveiling of Zafferano’s National Day Cocktail. Specially designed in honour of Singapore’s 53rd birthday, the vodka-based concoction features the smooth, buttery flavours of butterscotch and fresh milk. Finished with vibrant plum powder, the festive cocktail is a sweet toast to the occasion.

Mark the joyous occasion at the stunning outdoor lounge, which offers merrymakers an attractive selection of free flow alcohol beverages, while overlooking unparalleled sights of the waterfront and celebratory fireworks spectacle.
On 21, 28 July, and 4 August, three Saturdays leading up to National Day, revel in the preview of the National Day fireworks display at the Terrace Lounge, with unlimited pouring of selected beverages.
The National Day 4-course set dinner is available at $148++ per person for up to 3 diners, and $128++ per person for 4 or more diners, and wine-pairing supplement at $52++ per person, on 9 August.
Experience the spectacular National Day fireworks at the Terrace Lounge with tickets available at $98++ per person, and from 6pm to 9pm, at $108++ per person with guaranteed seating. Prices are inclusive of free flow of prosecco, house red and white wines, and beers.
