For an exclusive one-night only event, Blackwattle will be hosting a 5-course pairing dinner in collaboration with Dellarosa Wine who specializes in fine organic, biodynamic and natural wines. Head Chef Joeri Timmermans has curated an exclusive menu to bring out the exquisite notes of the wine with complimenting flavours. Guests will be taken on a delightful gastronomic journey that have been artfully paired with the modern Australian menu.
The 5-course Wine Pairing Dinner ($165++ per person) will feature a delectable contemporary native menu includingsavoury Linguine, fermented mushroom butter finished with Australian truffle and paired with Movia, 2015 Pinot Sivi Ambraand a definite crowd favourite, Iberico pork skirt, celeriac puree, white kimchi paired with Movia, 2018 Lunar.
The artisan selection of naturally flavoured orange wines hailing all the way from Slovenia and Czech Republic are each unique to its own.
The ABV filled night continues post dinner with an exciting after-party, featuring veteran guest DJ Owen who will be dropping swanky tunes.
