This Mother’s Day, Grand Park Orchard’s Mitzo presents the perfect gift for mums with an elegant and gastronomic dining experience.
Renowned for its contemporary take on Cantonese cuisine, Mitzo is helmed by Executive Head Chef Nicky Ng who has specially curated an elaborate affair, the complete experiential gift.
The carefully designed menu begins with a rosemary roasted pork belly combined with pan-fried “Yuan yang” dumpling seafood with dried scallops, mushrooms and fungus. Followed by a quintessential abalone soup with snow lotus seeds, raisins and chicken.

The mains include cod fish topped with preserved radish in soya sauce accompanied with tea smoked pork with bonito, followed by a perfectly braised sea cucumber, top shell, roasted pork with seasonal greens.

The exclusive Mother’s Day set menu is priced at S$138++ per person, and is available from 7 May to 13 May 2018, from 12noon to 2.30pm for lunch and 6.30pm to 10.30pm for dinner. Guests who book before 6 May 2018 will receive an Early Bird Special, with a 20% discount on the set menu upon booking confirmation.
For the absolute indulgence, pamper her with an enhanced brunch buffet that is exclusively available on 12 May and 13 May 2018, from 11.30am to 2.30pm. The enhanced brunch buffet is priced at S$78++ per pax, and includes specials such as steamed bamboo clam with preserved radish in soya as well as Mitzo special barbequed pork.
