SEAR Presents: The French Collectif

Renowned steakhouse SEAR will be presenting a special 4-Course French Wine Dinner on Thursday, 26th April 2018

The French Collectif is hosted by the French-Italian Raphael Viale, sommelier and brand ambassador of the Freixenet Group, which combines his second to none wine knowledge with his international hospitality experience to create an unforgettable evening. 

The evening will kick off with a crisp sparkling wine on the terrace while overlooking Singapore’s iconic skyline. Once seated, diners will get to tuck into innovative dishes and enjoy premium white and red wine pairings from France. Guests can choose between two main courses, either a Veal Cheek Tortellini or a Grilled Westholme Wagyu Tri Tip. As a dessert, an indulgent Chocolate Mousse will be served – a delightful ending to the experience.
