
‘Demon Chef’ Alvin Leung, one of the biggest personalities in Hong Kong’s culinary scene, will be opening Forbidden Duck, his first-ever outpost in Singapore.
Set to open at Marina Bay Financial Centre by this April, the Cantonese restaurant will serve signature Peking-style and slow-cooked Roast Duck alongside classic Cantonese dishes and dim sum.
Another exciting culinary addition to the MBFC in April is the 1-Michelin-starred Qi – House of Sichuan. The chic new opening will showcase a fiery spectrum of contemporary Sichuan dishes.
