With the use of aphrodisiac ingredients and toying with colour elements, Rang Mahal and sister restaurant Table by Rang Mahal treats you to an exquisite culinary experience for you to create unforgettable memories on this special occasion with your loved one.
For dinner, Rang Mahal presents its 5-course vegetarian and non-vegetarian set menu at $118++ per person.
Tandoor Grilled White and Green Asparagus
Tandoor Grilled Wild Tiger Prawn
Start of the dinner with an amuse bouche to arouse your palate followed by a refreshing sweet and tangy Roasted Bell Pepper and Sour Plum Soup topped with toasted almonds. For appetisers, indulge in traditionally roasted Tandoor Grilled White and Green Asparagus served with arugula or Tandoor Grilled Wild Tiger Prawn served with pomegranate marinade and arugula. For entrees, satiate in the creamy and satisfying Avocado Kebab or flavourful Lamb Seekh Kebab. Both starters are accompanied with an Indian Bao and our homemade artisan chutneys of cherry ginger and beetroot cinnamon.
As a mid-meal mouth amuser, Chef Milind has explored with food science of molecular gastronomy to create an innovative Strawberry Lassi Sphere that pops an invigorating zesty yet smooth shot of yoghurt drink to cleanse the palate.
Main courses that evening includes Lily Bulb and Chestnut Kofta blended with cottage cheese for the vegetarian option and Chargrilled Kasuri Chicken with egg foam, inspired by the north western frontier- Afghani style of preparation for the non-vegetarian option. Kokam curry served with saffon pulao and naan are offered along-side both main courses.
Baby Carrot Cheese Cake
Complete the evening with a sweet pinnacle of Baby Carrot Cheese Cake made from carrot halwa puree, drizzled with figs reduction and topped with a selection of berries. For our chocolate lovers, satisfy those cocoa cravings with handmade Inde Chocolates truffles filled with Indian spiced centers.

Nestled in the heart of Singapore at Naumi Hotel, Table by Rang Mahal presents a 3-course vegetarian and non-vegetarian set dinner menu at $88++ per person which includes a complimentary glass of sparkling wine.
Begin the evening with the glass of sparkling wine and our homemade crispy papads with dips. For appetisers, choose between Tandoor Grilled Tiger Prawns marinated with kerela pepper or Avocado Kebab of pan-seared lightly spiced avocado patty.
Tantalise your taste buds with our specially created main courses for that evening. Diners have a choice of Murg Anardana Masala; succulent chicken thigh drizzled with pomegranate gravy for the non-vegetarian option or try the Naram Dil Kofta; soft cottage cheese for the vegetarian option. All main courses are accompanied with an assortment of fresh vegetables and our sweet and sour honey tomato curry, slow cooked velvety black lentils, a healthy fragrant basmati rice with fruits and raisins and freshly baked assorted naans.
Desserts include a delightfully warm Gulab Jamun in rose saffron nectar syrup and Chikki Ice Cream; vanilla ice cream with caramelised peanut and cashew crumble.
