The natural flavours of the platter is complemented with shredded cucumber and carrots, along with preserved condiments and FiSK Seafoodbar & Market’s housemade Yu Sheng sauce. Created with abundance and prosperity in mind, “Abundance Sliced Seafood Platter” of five seafood varieties (salmon, trout, abalone, tuna and yellow tail), or “Prosperity Sliced Seafood Platter” of three seafood varieties (salmon, hamachi and tako) are conveniently available at the retail market for takeaway. Purchase the “Lo Hei” condiments set to complete these platters.
If you wish to customise an exclusive Yu Sheng of your own, the adept fishmongers will share their knowledge on choosing live or fresh seafood. The fish mongers will also be on hand to dispense tips on how to prepare or slice fresh seafood; so make a purchase and you can put your skills to the test at home. Amidst all the feasting, heighten the convivial festivities with a bottle of Martell NCF.
