Conveniently located in an enclave off the grand lobby of Oakwood Premier OUE Singapore, the luxury serviced apartment’s in-house restaurant is perfect for intimate business lunch meetings or romantic date nights.

A daily buffet breakfast focuses on the finest, freshest product, while highlights for lunch and dinner include the Australian Grain-Fed Rib-Eye Steak, Pan-Seared Salmon and Crispy Chicken Drumlets with Truffle Maple, as well as chef Dickson’s signature dishes like the Sirloin Beef Hor Fun and the Wagyu Beef Burger with Pan-Fried Foie Gras.

Crispy Chicken Drumlets with Truffle Maple

The chicken is crispy and not overcooked. Not that oily as well and just the right texture, great for snacks or go with some beer or sparkling wine.

Pan-Seared Salmon

The salmon is not overcooked, with crispy skin on the top and juicy inside.

Wagyu Beef Burger with Pan-Fried Foie Gras

The wagyu beef is juicy when you bite into it, and the foie gras compliments it so well. Even the fries are done correctly. I recommend this if you have craving for burger and fries. Totally satisfying.

Sirloin Beef Hor Fun

The beef sirloin is so tender. The sauces goes well with the hor fun also. I recommend to eat this while its hot so that you can blend the hor fun with the generous sauce.

Fish and Chips

Another all-time favorite, generous cheese topping, juicy fish with crispy batter exterior.

Singapore Sling and Mojito.

The Singapore sling here taste great, many establishment miss the mark even if they follow the recipe closely. Here, they get it right.

American Cheese cake, served with Berry Coulis, to complete the meal.

Ice cream and waffle

The 74-seater restaurant is also available to host large groups for social or business gatherings, and in-room dining services are available for guests from 07.00am to 12.00am daily to provide the full service experience should they wish to dine in private.

Se7enth restaurant presents a brand-new exciting lunch option for the working crowd in the Central Business District, and it promises to be a luscious spread at a modest price.

The weekday Executive Set Lunch menu, presented by Executive Chef Dickson Fung, introduces an exquisite and contemporary lineup of main courses like Oven-roasted Rosemary Chicken served with Braised Red Cabbage and Roasted Baby Potatoes, Grilled Salmon served with Cranberry Sauce, Butter Glazed Broccoli and Mashed Sweet Potatoes, and Penne in Festive Pink Sauce.

The Set Lunch also includes free-flow appetizers from Se7enth’s lavish customizable salad bar, featuring a variety of gourmet greens and condiments, freshly baked breads and soups of the day, and choice of one beverage from a fine selection of Nespresso coffee and Monogram tea.
