This 11 November, Le Binchotan and Garçons will be teaming up for a 1-night-only dinner collaboration to bring you the best of French cuisine with an Asian twist.
The collaboration will be held at the intimate and trendy Le Binchotan, as Chef Jeremmy Chiam (head chef, Le Binchotan) and Chef Alexander Chong (co-owner, Garçons) take center stage to show off their culinary skills and expertise with a tantalising 4-course and 6-course meal.

4-Course (6pm till 8pm): $80++ Per Person
6-Course (8.30pm till late): $130++ Per Person
Menu highlights include Chef Jeremmy’s signature shavings of Foie Gras finished with oden-styled daikon; and Chef’s Alexander’s signature 12-hour Duck Confit marinated with homemade Asian spices.
This event is strictly by reservations only. Seating is limited, therefore, early booking is highly encouraged. Reservations can be made at both Le Binchotan and Garçons.
