SUSHIRO, Japan’s Top Conveyor Belt Sushi Chain, is opening its newest restaurant at Bukit Panjang Plaza on 30 October 2026, bringing a changing line-up of 1-for-1 sushi favourites to the neighbourhood. From Bluefin Fatty Tuna on opening weekend to Jumbo Scallop and Medium Fatty Tuna in November, there is something different to look forward to throughout the fortnight, alongside beverage specials and an opening-day Sure Win Gachapon. Following its opening, SUSHIRO turns the spotlight to its seasonal menu ‘Japan Fair 2026’ – showcasing regional flavours across Japan, from 4 November to 1 December 2026.
Situated at #02-17/17A/18/18A/19/19A, Bukit Panjang Plaza, the new restaurant is just a short walk from Bukit Panjang MRT station. With 294 seats across 52 tables, the outlet offers plenty of room for everything from a quick sushi fix to a leisurely meal with family and friends. Diners can look forward to SUSHIRO’s signature conveyor belt dining experience, with a wide variety of Japanese sushi favourites to choose from.

To celebrate its opening, SUSHIRO Bukit Panjang Plaza is treating diners to 14 days of rotating 1-for-1 sushi specials from 30 October to 12 November 2026. With six sushi favourites taking turns in the spotlight, diners can enjoy everything from rich Bluefin Fatty Tuna to juicy Big Red Shrimp and Jumbo Scallop, with a different deal to look forward to every few days.

Each promotional plate comes with two pieces of the featured sushi at the stated price.

Diners can look forward to featured selections such as Double Aomori Salmon, Big Cut Fresh Yellowtail and Kagoshima Broiled Bonito Tataki.
