Mondrian Singapore Duxton’s Bottega di Carna introduces its newest weekend ritual: the Italian Sunday Champagne Brunch. Held every second week of the month, and starting on 11 January 2026, the brunch invites guests to slow down, indulge, and rediscover Italy through a thoughtfully curated, always-evolving buffet experience.
 
Each brunch edition spotlights three Italian regions, allowing guests to explore distinctive flavours and culinary traditions with every visit. The very first brunch in January will showcase Toscana, Emilia-Romagna, and Lazio, with future editions rotating through regions such as Veneto and Lombardia. Designed to encourage rediscovery and repeat visits, no two Sundays are quite the same. 
 
Think abundant antipasti, seafood on ice, and live stations bringing Italian comfort classics to life from porchetta and Roman-style braised chicken to truffle macaroni finished in a Parmigiano wheel, alongside timeless Italian dolci such as Bottega di Carna’s signature Tiramisu, Ricotta Cannoli with Fruit Candy and Classic Italian Olive cake. Designed for grazing and discovery, the brunch unfolds at an unhurried pace. 
 
Guests may enjoy the brunch at SGD 98++ per person for food only, SGD118++ that includes free-flow wines, beers, and soft drinks, or SGD 158++ with Veuve Clicquot Champagne, wines, beers, two signature cocktails, and soft drinks for two hours. As the afternoon eases on, guests are encouraged to linger with a special “Last Sip” moment that offers 50% off house wines and spirits, encouraging guests to linger just a little longer, savouring a generous spread, free-flow drinks, good music, and the kind of company Sundays are made for.
