POP MART & Lenskart Unveil New Eyewear Collab With Special Appearance by Baifern & Namtan in Singapore

Technology-driven eyewear company, Lenskart, collaborates with global pop-culture brand, POP MART, on a creative eyewear partnership. The first-ever Lenskart × Sweet Bean I Want A Hug limited edition eyewear and Bitz Charm Blind Bag collection features designs inspired by Sweet Bean, the endearing, optimistic, curious and food-motivated toddler by POP MART Designer Centre artist, Xue Chen. The collection was launched online and across all 30 Lenskart stores in Singapore on 4th December, with an interactive pop up happening at Tampines 1 Main Atrium on 15th to 21st December with special appearances by The Face of Lenskart, Baifern Pimchanok, and Friend of the Brand Thai rising star, Namtan Tipnaree, on 15th December, from 4 PM to 8:30 PM.

The collaboration marks a significant expansion of Lenskart’s House of Brands strategy, bringing a fresh, pop-culture-driven design language to its eyewear portfolio. Rooted in the beloved Sweet Bean I Want A Hug series, this collaboration transforms the pastel, plush, dreamy world of Sweet Bean into collectible, wearable art. Blending expressive character storytelling with Lenskart’s design precision, the collection is crafted for fans, collectors, and style-forward consumers alike.

The partnership builds on Lenskart’s expanding set of collaborations, including eyewear collections inspired by DC Superheroes Superman and Batman in partnership with Warner Bros. These collaborations broaden Lenskart’s appeal of its eyewear through design-led storytelling that connects deeply with fans.

 The Lenskart × Sweet Bean I Want A Hug limited edition collection comprises 13 eyeglasses, 3 sunglasses, and special Bitz Charm Blind Bags — surprise packs that contain a random pair of magnetic charm from 6 unique designs. Prices range from $15 for the Bitz Charm Blind Bag to $200 for a pair of eyeglasses. Every purchase of a pair of eyeglasses or sunglasses from the collection comes with a set of matching limited-edition Sweet Bean chain, case and microfibre cloth. In addition, every purchase of a Lenskart Bitz frame will include a free pair of Bitz charms to pick from, including the special Bitz Charm Blind Bag.

Special appearance by Baifern Pimchanok and Namtan Tipnaree

 

 Thai superstar, Pimchanok Luevisadpaibul, better known as Baifern, will be gracing the Lenskart × Sweet Bean I Want A Hug Collection official pop-up at Tampines 1 on 15 December 2025 from 4 PM to 8:30 PM. As the first Face of Lenskart Southeast Asia, Baifern will meet fans to celebrate Lenskart’s milestones and commemorate the collection launch.

Also making a special appearance to officiate the collection launch is “it girl” Tipnaree Weerawatnodom, nicknamed Namtan. Namtan’s fashion forward and relatable persona makes her an ideal friend of Lenskart, helping to establish stronger connections with the discerning Gen Z audience in Singapore.

Fans can look forward to seeing both Thai celebrities up close in person from 4pm onwards on 15 December at the pop up. The first five* fans in line at the pop up will score front row seats at the event and an opportunity to play games on stage.

Fans in Singapore can also stand a chance to be among 10 lucky winners to get up-close-and-personal with Namtan, participate in games together, receive exclusive limited-edition merchandise, and a personal photo session with a signed polaroid photo with Namtan. Lenskart × POP MART × Sweet Bean Launch Event

The Lenskart × POP MART collaboration brings the beloved I Want A Hug series to life through 16 limited-edition eyewear designs, blending playful POP MART artistry with Lenskart’s premium craftsmanship. The Tampines 1 pop-up will offer fans the first opportunity to try on the full collection in person, capture moments with immersive installations, and participate in the exclusive Sweet Bean Adventure.

From 16 to 21 December,visitors are invited to embark on a 3-station adventure celebrating the universe of Sweet Bean. Participants will collect a stamp at each station, with no required order—simply pick up an activity card at any starting point and begin exploring.

Once all three stamps are collected, visitors can redeem:

  • 1× Lucky Draw Chance to Win Exclusive Prizes
  • 1× Mall-Exclusive Promotion

Stamp cards and activity stations are located throughout the 1,890 square feet pop-up zone at Tampines 1 main atrium.
