10|SCOTTS AT GRAND HYATT SINGAPORE LAUNCHES REVAMPED GRAND AFTERNOON TEA AND GRAND EVENING INDULGENCE

Following the official completion of its extensive multi-year redevelopment this July, Grand Hyatt Singapore has reintroduced itself as a Grand Living Room in the heart of Orchard Road, launching a revamped Grand Afternoon Tea and a brand-new Grand Evening Indulgence at 10|SCOTTS.

Beloved for its waterfall views, homely interiors, and reputation for good value and quality, 10|SCOTTS has long been a favourite for Singapore’s tea and buffet lovers. Formerly known as “10 Scotts Afternoon Tea” and “After 6 @ 10|SCOTTS”, the relaunch of Grand Afternoon Tea and Grand Evening Indulgence pays homage to these well-beloved rituals while elevating them for today’s guests, who will enjoy a curated semi-buffet approach that prizes quality, sustainability, and provenance.

Long regarded as a quintessential Orchard Road tradition, Grand Afternoon Tea has been revitalised with a contemporary edge. Guests are welcomed with a glass of Saicho Jasmine sparkling tea, before embarking on a journey of refined flavours across buffet and tableside presentations.

Guests are invited to wander through a curated semi-buffet that reflects both provenance and sustainability, with silky ASC smoked salmon, sourced responsibly in line with Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC) standards, paired with horseradish cream and capers, a generous board of freshly shaved charcuterie and cheeses from Les Frères Marchand, one of France’s largest and oldest cheese-maturing companies, whose secrets have been passed down through 7 generations.

Grand Afternoon Tea invites guests to enjoy a generous spread including freshly shaved charcuterie and cheeses from Les Frères Marchand.

The ASC seafood vol-au-vent, brimming with prawns, crab, and seafood bisque, pays tribute to 10|SCOTTS’ enduring reputation for ocean-fresh flavours, while the grilled cheese sandwich elevates comfort food with mustard and chive. No Afternoon Tea would be complete without scones, and here they arrive warm to the table, paired with clotted cream and jam, as well as kaya.

The finale, brought tableside, is an indulgent tier of desserts that balance artistry with restraint. The vanilla mille-feuille hides layers of red wine poached pear beneath its crisp pastry, while the opera cake delivers chocolate intensity tempered by almond and coffee. A cloudlike citrus pavlova adds lightness, and the seasonal fruit tart brings a refreshing close.

Paired with a bespoke Monogram tea list that spans from the classic Darjeeling Royal Flush to the floral warmth of Eight Treasures and the house-favourite Golden Moscato Oolong, the experience recalls the abundance of Grand Hyatt’s beloved pre-renovation buffets, but distilled with contemporary precision and elegance.

Priced at S$65++ per adult and S$30++ per child (6-12 years), the experience includes free-flow juices and two servings of coffee or tea, with optional beverage packages starting at S$50++ per adult.

Reviving a Beloved Ritual: Grand Evening Indulgence

Available daily from 6:30PM to 9:00PM, the experience begins at the counter, where guests can enjoy a spread of cheeses from Les Frères Marchand. Guests can also expect a selection of organic vegetable salad, whole fruits, and ASC smoked salmon, sourced responsibly under the ASC label, reflecting Grand Hyatt Singapore’s ongoing commitment to sustainability.

Spanish-style ASC prawns arrive sizzling in garlic and olive oil, while croquetas de jamón release a savoury richness with every bite. Frites Atelier with parmesan and aioli are served tableside, serving a kind of indulgence best shared with loved ones.

Bespoke Teas, Cocktails, and Lifestyle Offerings

Beyond its two new signatures, 10|SCOTTS offers an all-day menu that reinforces its identity as a Grand Living Room in the heart of Orchard Road. From noon onwards, the lounge shifts seamlessly between café, bar, and dining room, its character changing with the rhythm of the intersection between Scotts Road and Orchard Road.

The bar programme is anchored in the same philosophy that guides its teas: flavour layered with elegance. Guests can begin with the White Bloom Spritz, a delicate play of vermouth and Saicho Jasmine Sparkling Tea that sparkles with lightness, or linger with the Scotts Americano, where cold-drip coffee mingles with vermouth and soda for a bitter-sweet aperitif. For those seeking vibrancy without spirits, there are spirited zero-proof blends like the Golden Breeze, lifted by kombucha and grapefruit, or the garden-fresh Secret Garden, where berries and herbs are crowned with Earl Grey foam.

From 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Happy Hour invites guests to settle in with glasses of champagne, crisp wines, or a well-mixed classic, the kind of conviviality that suits both a solitary pause and a lively gathering. An all-day à la carte menu stretches into the night, from oysters and croquetas to larger plates and seasonal sweets, offering something for every appetite without disturbing the ease of the setting.

Located just off the bustle of Orchard Road, 10|SCOTTS is open daily from 11:30AM to 11:00PM. With interiors designed for comfort and style, 10|SCOTTS invites all guests to experience it as a gathering point suited for all occasions, whether a refined afternoon tea, and aperitivo with wines, or an evening to connect and unwind.

With the return of 10|SCOTTS, guests are invited to celebrate the joy of dining with exclusive rewards for World of Hyatt members as part of Hyatt’s wider “Be More Foodie. Be More Fulfilled.” campaign.
