Rooted in the rich culinary heritage of Southeast Asia, the new menu presents a medley of dishes that speak to the warmth of tradition, while embracing globally inspired techniques and mindful sourcing.
Begin with artfully composed small plates like the Chicken & Pork Belly Satay, a polished take on a street-side favourite, featuring juicy skewers served with fluffy ketupat and a creamy, house-made peanut sauce. Meanwhile, the Sotong Bakar Taco delivers a bold umami punch—grilled squid meets sambal garlic, silver anchovy, and red onion chinchalok in a soft taco shell—bridging local flavours with international form.
Returning favourites such as the Sky22 Tiger Prawn Laksa Lemak continue to honour the restaurant’s signature style: comforting, yet elevated.
