Join the celebration featuring a stunning selection of gourmet dishes designed to make your hearts flutter and your taste buds dance. Each course has been thoughtfully curated from oceanic treasures to sumptuous meats to entice and enchant you and your partner.
Begin your dining journey with an opulent Seafood Platter, featuring Amélie oysters with tomato kimchi, succulent mud crab drizzled with blood orange verjus and olive oil, elegant blue-fin tuna tataki topped with uni, a vibrant carabinero prawn Bloody Mary and Norwegian scallop coconut leche de tigre.
As the evening unfolds, it’s time to select the perfect entrée that speaks to your heart. Choose between the Grilled South African Abalone, served with beetroot kebab, Queen Kaluga caviar, and cashew nut butter, or experience the indulgent Stuffed Kagoshima Kabu Radish, featuring smoked Perigord foie gras and seared pigeon enveloped in Madeira dashi.
