Available from 15 January – 12 February 2025, the celebrated Italian eatery helmed by legendary butcher Dario Cecchini celebrates the Year of the Snake with a contemporary take on the traditional Lou Hei Yu Sheng experience, offering guests a creative dining experience like no other this Lunar New Year.

Known for its modern and rebellious flairs, Bottega di Carna not only establishes itself beyond its Italian flavours, as an unconventional destination for Lunar New Year celebrations, but with a contemporary twist to convivial, traditional festivities.

A quintessential part of Lunar New Year celebrations, Lou Hei is a symbolic and cherished practice deeply rooted in Chinese culture.
