Accentuating the beauty of these mooncake gems is a distinctively charming box in wood-like finish, adorned with a delicate gold motif print of Anjou Pear flowers, often celebrated for their delicate beauty and ephemeral presence. The flowers grace landscapes each spring, enchanting many with their exquisite bloom. The premium box includes a tea cup set, making it a beautiful gift of tradition and grace.

Snowskin Mooncakes: 4 Alcohol-Free and 4 Alcohol-Infused Flavours

 

The annually anticipated handcrafted snowskin mooncakes return with a bounty of new and exciting flavours. Conceptualised by Fairmont Singapore’s culinary team and handmade in-house, this constellation of delicacies showcases a clever marriage of tradition and innovation.

Savour a symphony of non-alcoholic treats which include two new flavours.  The first is Matcha Pistachio, cleverly balancing the nutty and earthy notes of pistachio and matcha. Then, there is the refreshingly delightful Yuzu Pear, which incorporates delicate flavours of pear perfumed with zesty notes of yuzu. The Alcohol-Free selection continues with two much-loved returning favourites: the Sea Salt Caramel, featuring bold notes of caramel and sea salt, and the Peach Passionfruit, combining fragrant peach flavours with the tartness of passionfruit.

For the Alcohol-Infused flavours, a new and bold pairing is the Whiskey Orange, which complements the robust notes of whiskey with the vibrant citrus tang of orange. This is presented alongside regular favourites, such as Champagne Truffle, Lychee Martini, and Grape Soju.

Mooncake purists will delight in these treasures of tradition, meticulously crafted and baked to golden perfection. Appreciate the smooth, luxurious textures and time-honoured flavours encased in each mooncake.

Quintessential baked favourites are back, with the Low Sugar White Lotus Paste with Single Yolk Mooncake, featuring a velvety low sugar lotus seed paste that encases a golden nugget of salted egg yolk. The Low Sugar White Lotus Paste with Double Yolk Mooncake contains orange yolks perfectly nestled within decadent lotus paste, while the Low Sugar White Lotus Paste Baked Mooncake with Pine Nuts and Pumpkin Seeds promises a satisfying crunch, and the Melon Paste with Mixed Nuts and Pumpkin Seeds Mooncake is layered with a satisfying nutty texture.

Making their debut last year, the mini baked mooncakes proved to be a hit and are re-introduced this season with three more creative flavours. The citrus and tropical Mango Pomelo, the fun take on the traditional Teochew dessert Orh Nee (Yam Paste) with Pumpkin, and the unique Hojicha Latte.

Special Privileges

The mooncakes are available for purchase now on Fairmont Singapore’s Fairmont at Home. From now until 6 August 2024, eligible customers, including members of Accor Plus, AMEX Platinum, Accor Live Limitless (ALL), OCBC card holders, and other participating credit card holders, can order online and enjoy a range of special privileges (outlined in the appendix below). Guests have the option of delivery or self-collection from the booth located at Level 2 in Fairmont Singapore. Collection and delivery services will be available from 3 August to 16 September 2024, with the last day of delivery scheduled for 16 September 2024. More details are available in Appendix 2.
