From now until 15 September 2024, the award-winning Hai Tien Lo (海天楼) presents “An Exquisite Seafood Journey”. The creation of this refined seafood-focused menu is presented by Hai Tien Lo’s Executive Chinese Chef Ricky Leung, who is born and raised in Hong Kong with decades of experience in several prestigious Chinese restaurants in Hong Kong and in Singapore.
Savour signature dishes, such as the luxurious Duo Alaska Crab – Chilled Crab Meat dressed with Pomelo Sauce and Deep-fried Claws with Salted Egg Yolk, succulent Steamed Queensland Grouper with Minced Garlic, Tangerine Peels, Black Fungus, and Golden Mushroom teeming with flavour, wholesome and nourishing Double-boiled Fish Bone Broth, Fish Maw, Red Grouper Fillet, Conpoy, Bamboo Pith, delightful Sauteed Red Grouper Rolls, Asparagus, Lily Bulbs, Homemade XO Chilli Sauce, and more.
Having been in business for 38 years, Hai Tien Lo enjoys the reputation as one of the most respected Chinese restaurants in Singapore. Alongside the new oceanic delights, guests can expect traditional Cantonese dishes and dim sum in the restaurant’s lunch and dinner set menus, and Yum Cha menu, as well as a meticulously crafted beverage menu with exclusive Chinese teas and exotic liquors.
“An Exquisite Seafood Journey” à la carte and set menus are available daily, for lunch from 11:30am – 2:30pm and dinner from 6:00pm – 10:30pm.
