Formerly known as Singapore Flyer Sky Dining, the enhanced experience promises an elevated culinary adventure with three 30-minute rotations, an expanded menu, and an exclusive souvenir.
A Culinary Adventure in the Sky
The revamped 165 Sky Dining experience offers an exquisite four-course dinner, allowing guests to indulge in the breathtaking waterfront views of Marina Bay from 165 meters above ground. Priced at $520 nett for two, the experience includes personalized boarding from the VIP Lounge, an in-capsule host, and the delightful company of an internationally acclaimed chocolatier, Janice Wong, who crafts the petit four to conclude the epicurean journey.
Chef Wyvin Yap’s Culinary Mastery
Leading the culinary team is Chef Wyvin Yap, a seasoned professional with two decades of experience in five-star hotels in Singapore. Specialising in French cuisine, Chef Yap brings a touch of creativity and mastery to each element of the menu, with a special emphasis on the ever-changing amuse-bouche.

From December 23 to 25, 2023, and December 30, 2023, to January 1, 2024, the 165 Sky Dining Festive Special invites guests to indulge in a five-course feast with an upsized petit four to add to the festive spirit. The New Year’s Eve Countdown Champagne Special offers front-row seats to a brilliant fireworks display, accompanied by premium champagne, a jolly party kit, and delectable chocolate bonbons from Janice Wong.
