Make merry at Mosella restaurant, marvelling at creative combinations of Mediterranean and Peruvian flavours on its festive lunch and dinner set menus.
Start with a comforting bowl of Chestnut and Cauliflower Soup, delicately spiced with hints of anise and winter black truffle, or whet your palate with Carpaccio de Gamba, a playful medley of red carabinero prawn carpaccio, ajo blanco (Spanish white gazpacho with crushed almonds and garlic), green apple and avocado mousse.
Other refreshing appetisers include Ceviche de Conchas with Hokkaido scallops, citrus dressing, macadamia and grapefruit; and Hamachi Tiradito laced with mandarin ponzu, truffle and garlic chips.
From the selection of mains, savour the signature Cochinillo Asado, the classic Spanish suckling pig with apple & calvados puree and pork jus; unctuous Beef Rossini with grass-fed beef tenderloin MB5, foie gras, port wine sauce and Jerusalem artichokes, or the Lubina Plancha, featuring panseared stone bass, celeriac puree, Basque pickled pepper, Kalamata olives and refrito sauce.

Festive A La Carte Brunch
On Christmas and New Year’s Day, gather with family and friends over an indulgent a la carte brunch at Mosella, featuring Mediterranean-Peruvian wonders such as 48-month Iberico Ham, Gazpacho De Melon with pickled marinated tomato, anchovies and burrata mousse, and Gamba Roja al “Ajillo” with Mediterranean red prawn, garlic, chilli and smoked paprika.
Discover the ocean’s treasures with Amelie Fine De Claire Oysters, enhanced with pisco sour foam and wafu sauce and the tantalising Ceviche de Salmon with passionfruit leche de tigre, confit grapefruit and yellow endive. Relish the rich flavours of Empanada de Carne with pulled short rib, jalapeno and tamarind sauce.
Sizzling straight off the parrilla to plate are prime cuts of New Zealand Lamb Chops with aji panca (Peruvian red pepper) miso, US Prime Rib, Chicken Skewers with chimichurri and harissa oil, and the celebrated Spanish Suckling Pig accompanied by roasted apple puree. Complement these with elevated sides including Japanese Sweet Corn with lime miso butter and togarashi and Arroz Andino Verde with fried rice, green pepper, garlic, ginger, coriander and parsley.
Taking your tastebuds to the Peruvian coast, the Piña Quemada dessert is a delightful dose of burnt pineapple, coconut and passionfruit, alongside seasonal sweets like Mont Blanc with chestnut Chantilly, marron glacé and spiced ganache and Chocolate & Gianduja with hazelnut feuilletine.
