Sofitel Singapore City Centre’s traditional French recipe of Roasted Turkey with Truffle ($159+), comprising a roast turkey meticulously slow-baked for 2.5 hours with black truffle paste stuffed between the meat and skin, is still available for takeaway alongside the new Char-grilled Black Angus Tomahawk ($148+), a holiday favourite for red meat lovers. Complement your meal with side dishes including the hearty Roasted Japanese Pumpkin ($22+), well-loved Sautéed Brussels Sprouts ($22+) and the tantalising Braised Black Angus Beef Cheek in Red Wine ($113+).

This year, Executive Pastry Chef Sam Leong showcases his creativity and culinary flair with a mesmerising collection of four handcrafted yule cakes featuring classic French flavours. The Black Forest Pot with Dark Cherry ($83+), innovatively shaped like a cast iron pot paying homage to traditional home-style cookware, is a decadent masterpiece comprising a luxurious combination of Dark Chocolate Cacao Barry, Dark Cherries soaked in kiquour, Dark Chocolate Mousse and Vanilla Cream.  Fruit lovers will adore the refreshing Mango Tart with Yuzu Curd and Almond Sable ($83+) featuring Pistachio Praline, Coconut Dacquoise Sponge and a generous topping of fresh mangoes. Other delicious highlights include the stunning Paris-Brest ($67+) with Hazelnut Feulletine, Praline Chantily Cream, Chocolate Cremeux, Vanilla Cream, Caramelised Hazelnuts and Mixed Berries, as well as the Chocolate Hazelnut Entremet with Crème Brûlée ($83+) featuring Hazelnut Mousse, Caraibe 66% Valrhona Chocolate, Chocolate Sponge and Milk Chocolate Glaze, a sheer delight for chocolate aficionados.

This year’s decadent savoury selection includes a Caramelised Turkey Ham with Pineapple in Vol-au-Vent and Truffle Liver Brûlée made with Truffle Liver Pâté then caramelised to perfection, that satiates the tastebuds with a perfect balance of sweet and savoury.

The merry experience also features a collection of yuletide sweet treats including Valrhona Gianduja Macaron, Pistachio and  Cherry Gâteau, as well as Cannelés de Bordeaux. Slices of homemade stollen add festive colours to the ensemble alongside the classic plain and mixed fruit scones.
