Begin with a roast trio of Honey Glazed Pork Collar, Crispy Pork Belly and Roasted Duck followed by the warm comfort of Double-boiled Chicken Soup with Fish Maw and Snow Lotus Seeds. Next, savour a delicately Braised Star Garoupa Fillet with Japanese Radish in Superior Stock, Braised Boston Lobster and Poached Rice with Assorted Seafood and Minced Ginger. A nourishing Fresh Milk Pudding with Bird’s Nest and Yam Paste brings the celebration to a wholesome, holistic finale.
