Edge presents a Mother’s day themed buffet showcasing a medley of cuisines from around the world. Guests can look forward to Foie Gras Terrine, tantalising Shoyu Glazed Beef Char Siew, Paneer Shahi Korma as well as local favourites such as Fish Maw Pork Ribs and Mushroom Double Boiled Soup, Herbal “Bak Kut Teh” Mee Sua with locally-grown Lettuce and Homemade Fish Otar-Otar with Coconut Salsa.
Revellers can conclude their meal on a sweet note, indulging in the Strawberry Chocolate Imagawayaki, a Japanese-inspired stuffed pancake.
Create memories with the hero of yours with a complimentary caricature or children can get a balloon sculpture when you dine during brunch.
Mother’s Day at Edge is available between 7 and 9 May 2021 for dinner, priced at SGD88 per adult and 9 May for brunch at SGD 98 for non-alcoholic and SGD175 for alcoholic package. Every mother attending will receive a gorgeous stalk of Carnations.
On top Safe Management Measures, the flow of buffet lines is clearly marked to avoid congestion while protective food guards are installed to add another layer of protection for our guests’ well-being.
