Inspired by the Saint’s day commemorating courtly love, Hidden Door Concepts unveils an amorous lineup for Valentine’s Day. Whoever your Valentine will be, each unique venue under the group offers an eclectic spread to put you in the mood for love.

Before indulging in SEAR’s four and six-course Valentine’s menu, dinner guests may enjoy a complimentary cocktail session at Sear Sunset Terrace. Entice your palate with signature dishes including Cloudy Bay XL Storm Clams and Lobster Bouillabaisse with blue mussels and Israeli couscous. Company the cuisine with a wine pairing menu perfected by the bar team to enhance the unique flavours of each course. The beautiful evening closes with the popular Valrhona Warm Chocolate Cake, set against a backdrop of the steakhouse’s stylish interior and skyscraper exterior.

ANGIE’S OYSTER BAR | Hooked On Love

Among Angie’s Valentine’s sharing plates are the Mermaid Oyster, Fin De Claire and Special Geay. The premium seafood menu includes Red Prawn & Burratina, with Bottarga and Aged Sherry. A bit of sweet, buttery, oceany and acidic, a superb combination. Also starring is the Mediterranean Fish En Papillote; paper baked wild threadfin with herbs. Finally, a passionate ensemble is incomplete without Chocolate Mudcake for dessert, with textures of raspberry and pistachio soil.

Cupid’s Crush intends to bring us together for a Friday night of flirty cocktails, upbeat tunes and a resplendent Marina Bay skyline that inspires romance.
