If you’re up for a crustacean feast, head on over to the Seafood Bar on Ice, where diners can fill up on the freshest live prawns, black mussels, golden clams and more, or indulge in the Drunken Seafood Bowl loaded with clams, baby lobsters and mussels at the interactive live station.

Hit all the right spots with the show-stopping array of delectable dishes featuring the Roasted Chicken with Sze Chuan Pepper Infused Barbeque Sauce, 65 Degree Slow-Baked Salmon with Capers and Beurre Blanc, and not forgetting the Carving Station loaded with meaty delights like the Crispy Pork Shank with Apple Compote and Roasted Beef Sirloin in Natural Jus.
