Atrium Restaurant has attains it’s Halal Certification by Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura (MUIS) and relaunches it’s buffet offering with a culinary exploration of Singapore’s most loved cuisines and dishes with immediate effect to cater to the palettes of local diners as well as the hotel’s slew of international leisure and business travellers. Atrium Restaurant will continue to serve a la carte dishes alongside it’s popular and abundant buffet offering of local and international dishes supplemented by a new curated selection of Signature dishes, of which some are served at interactive Live Stations.
Still present on the buffet, is the restaurant’s popular Seafood on Ice section which serves a collection of seafood such as Prawns, Clams, Scallops and Mussels also complemented by A Whole Baked Fish served with 6 Different Types of Sambal Sauces; Sambal Terasi (Indonesian Sambal with Shrimp Paste), Nyonya Sambal Belacan, Sambal Ikan Bilis, Sweet Chilli Sambal, Sambal Tumis (Stir-fried Chilli Paste) and Garlic Chilli Sauce (Chicken Rice Chilli) and don’t forget the delicious local appetisers on offer such as the Popiah Live Station or the Signature Satay Station that serves Succulent Chicken and Lamb Satays on request.
Everybody loves live stations and Atrium Restaurant has more than just a few! Firstly, head over to the Roti Prata Live Station that compliments the restaurant’s much raved about Indian dishes and curries, a Chicken Rice Live Station serving authentic Hainanese Chicken Rice and a Live Noodle Station serving Executive Chef Chua Yew Hock’s Signature Laksa and other popular local noodle dishes is also available for those who can’t do without their Singaporean hawker food fix. For both lunch and dinner, you’ll also find a wide variety of Peranakan Chinese dishes, Western Favourites and even a Shawarma Station with tender succulent meat ready for carving.
Atrium Restaurant has since also expanded its dessert offerings and you can enjoy a variety of Hot Local Desserts, Eis Cendol, Nyonya Kueh, Durian Pengat and a variety of mini cakes along with Milk Chocolate Fondue and Matcha Chocolate Fondue. Also, head down nostalgia lane with the restaurant’s very own Ice Cream Bicycle and get your fill of Ice Cream Sandwiches or Ice Cream served between two wafer biscuits while snapping a picture with this Singaporean Icon that was been a mainstay along Orchard Road for the past three decades..
