Hashida Sushi Singapore is a fine dining Japanese restaurant creating sushi in the omakase style, helmed by celebrity Chef Kenjiro ‘Hatch’ Hashida, who has over 20 years of experience in preparing Japanese cuisine. Hashida Sushi is a premier sushi restaurant originating from Tokyo, which is opened by Chef Hatch’s father, Master Sushi Chef Tokio Hashida.

After several months of hard work and preparation by chef Kenjiro “Hatch” Hashida and his team, Hashida Sushi opens a bigger and better than ever before since the restaurant first made its mark on Singapore’s dining scene in 2013.

The all-new two-storey, restaurant is located at 25 Mohamed Sultan Road with its first-level premises segmented into three dining areas that seat 15, 10 and 8 guests respectively. Upstairs is a multi-purpose dining hall where special occasions such as wedding celebrations and executive meetings can be held in utter privacy away from the crowds. It is at this space that Hashida Sushi plans to stage exclusive events and even collaborative sessions, through which the chef can continue to channel his passion for contemporary Japanese cuisine, beyond geographical boundaries and traditions.

Traditional Edomae sushi and creative dishes will continue to dominate the omakase menu which chef Hatch has redesigned with the utmost diligence, together with a wide selection of Japanese sakes, teas and other beverage options for pairing. For the first time, Chef Hatch is also introducing a dedicated bar housed within the restaurant, where his personal sake and spirits selections will be showcased and served together with a dedicated menu of contemporary bar bites which chef Hatch has conceptualised to cater to a broader range of lifestyle offerings.

This inventive haute dining establishment at the Mohamed Sultan features premium and authentic Japanese sushi, served omakase style in a luxurious and intimate setting.
