For one night only on 17th October 2018, Maggie Joan’s is hosting a wine dinner with Pierre Amadieu, a multi-generation family-run domaine established in 1929 in Rhone Valley, France. The estate is the largest in the village of Gigondas and its high-altitude vineyards produce elegant and well-balanced wines endowed with freshness, depth and complexity.

Savour its pleasant fruity nuances in a pairing dinner menu of signatures crafted by Group Executive Chef Seumas Smith. Pairings include Hamachi crudo, almonds, salmon roe & edamame with Pierre Amadieu “Roulepierre” Cotes du Rhone Blanc 2016, Barramundi, cavelo nero & parsley nage complemented by Pierre Amadieu “Les Capelets” Saint Joseph OAC 2015, and Sirloin, salmorejo, black garlic & salsa verde coupled with Pierre Amadieu Domaine Grande Romane Gigondas VV Rouge 2012.
Priced at $120++ per person, the 5-course Pierre Amadieu wine pairing dinner menu is available on Wednesday, 17th October 2018, from 6pm to 11pm.

Located in the alleyways behind Amoy Street, Maggie Joan’s is a unique concept: a Modern European restaurant with a distinct underground character, reflected in edgy industrial décor and a hidden, nondescript entrance.
