A toast to the start of the Grand Prix weekend commences at Wolfgang’s Steakhouse with the exquisite Tattinger Champagne. Primely located at the prestigious InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay, the intimate restaurant provides the ultimate sophisticated setting for kicking off the adrenaline fuelled weekend. The premium Champagne will be available on special offer exclusively from Friday, 14th September to Sunday, 16th September at $17.00 nett per glass and $100.00 nett per bottle.

A relaxed and social way to begin the mornings with a light hearted brunch – Summerlong is known for bringing the sea breeze to Quayside’s waterfront. The cosy diner offers fresh food and drinks inspired by Eastern Mediterranean Soul. Menu signatures include the Falafel Scotch Egg with avocado, preserved lemon and cardamom as well as the delectable Wagyu Beef Burger made with Cyprus spices, pickled onion, roasted capsicum and cheese.

In honour of Enzo Ferrari’s 120th birthday, Publico Ristorante will pay homage to his birthplace of Modena. The legendary Founder of Ferrari is renowned for dominating the Grand Prix races from as far back as the 1950’s. Menu highlights at Publico will include Enzo Ferrari’s favourite recipe, Tortellini della Signora Cesira – tortellini sautéed with butter, sage and parmesan.

Not to be missed on this special occasion will be the free flow AIX Rosé, priced at S$90++ per person for three hours. The reinvigorating rosé is perfect for summer drinking and will also be available by the bottle, magnum or jeraboam. Guests can sip on the refreshing libation whilst watching a live screening of the exhilarating races from Publico’s Terrazza Lounge.

Appealing to hungry racegoers and those looking for a post-race tipple, the Italian hotspot will be offering extended opening hours throughout the weekend (5pm-midnight), with pizzas available until 10:30pm.
