We recently tried the Viaggio in Italy Weekend Brunch which is available every Saturday and Sunday, from 12-2:30pm . Price $68++ per person. We definitely recommend you to add on $40++ for Free Flow of Prosecco.
This weekend brunch brings your taste buds through a gastronomical journey, promising to pique your senses and gives you a taste of what Italian Cuisine is about.
There is the Tre Formaggi Cheese Wheel Live station where you get to choose between 3 different type of cheese (Pecorino Romano, Aged Parmigiano and Provolone Piccante) flown in from different regions across Italy, and watch as the chefs whip up pastas and risottos in front of you.

Zardetto Prosecco Private Cuvee
The restaurant is constantly looking at improving their offering. For example they recently served this Zardetto Prosecco Private Cuvee, replacing Bottega prosecco, for a short period. The reason is this Zardetto Private Cuvee’s bubbles are finer and lasts longer. I tend to agree. The private cuvee is brilliant straw-yellow in color, enhanced by the perlage. The fruity flavors of pears, apples and peaches dissolve into floral notes, with a hint of citrus fruit and an aromatic quality that is fresh and rich in sensations. This is great to pair with fish and vegetables hors d’oeuvres, first courses of seafood and baked fish. Perfect as an aperitif as well.

Argentina takes its beef very seriously and export a lot of cows. They perfected the simple grilled steak recipe by not having much condiment. No elaborate marinade or fridge-consuming wet-aging is necessary. The meat is soft and tender, perfect to pair with a glass of red wine.
