CAPESANTE pan-seared scallops, saffron celeriac purée, roasted shimeji mushrooms

Delicious, soft texture with a bit of crispy on the surface, these scallops are highly recommended.

BURRATA 300g, hand-formed young mozzarella, field greens

Traditional mozzarella, true taste of Italy. Great for sharing too.

PAPPARDELLE braised oxtail ragu, red wine, cherry tomato, parmigiano ·

Rich flavour, strong taste, goes well with the pasta. In Italian cuisine, ragù is a meat-based sauce that is commonly served with pasta

“BISTECCA” IS ITALIAN FOR STEAK. Their signature dish, and namesake, is the Bistecca alla Fiorentina — a thick cut, chargrilled T-bone steak to share. Prepared in traditional Tuscan style over a high temperature wood-fired grill to produce a charred crust yet tender and juicy centre for an indulgent steak experience.

Their F1 Wagyu beef is pasture raised in the King and Kiewa Valleys of Australia, and organic grain-finished under the highest ethical standards. All their seafood is sustainably sourced, and their produce organic where possible.
