CELEBRATING THE MODERN KEBAB London’s famous Le Bab to take over Singapore’s Fat Prince for a two-day pop-up

Known for its dynamic menu centred around contemporary kebabs, Singapore’s Fat Prince is continuously pushing the boundaries of modern Middle Eastern dining. As part of the restaurant’s philosophy to bring inspiring partnerships and pop-ups to Singapore’s foodies, Fat Prince is collaborating with the increasingly popular Le Bab, from London’s Carnaby Street to take over its kitchen and serve a unique curated lunch and dinner menu for two days only – Tuesday 28th and Wednesday 29th November 2017.

 

Located in the heart of London’s eclectic Soho district, Le Bab has been shaking up the city’s food scene since opening in 2016. It has successfully established itself as the capital’s first gourmet kebab house serving uniquely British, modern kebabs.

 

For two days only, Singapore’s diners will have the opportunity to experience these dishes in Fat Prince’s hip and vibrant space. Le Bab’s Head Chef Manu Canales will take over the kitchen and bring their most popular creations to Peck Seah Street. Featuring during the pop up will be theLe Bab Bhajiscomprising of braised lamb shoulder and beef shin, coated in deep fried onion, with a chili mayonnaiseEndive and Pomegranate Salad with chicory, shallots and sumac. On the kebab side, their iconic Paneer Kebab garnished with beetroot coconut puree, curry mayonnaise, and crispy onion rings, the signature Chicken Shish served with garlic toum and honey, cassava chips and pickled daikon, and the 15-hour Pork Shawarma Kebab with gravy and crackling. To end, a Spiced Crème Brulee, their take on the classic dessert.
