
The Lobby Lounge at Conrad Singapore will be having a pre-race gin block party happening on 15 September 2017 (Friday), with an all-night Gin O’clock at S$18++ for each glass of Gin & Tonic.
Featured drinks for the gin block party are as follows:

Four Pillars Navy Strength, fresh lime, juniper berry, lime syrup, rhubarb bitters and East Imperial Burma tonic
THE PIT STOP
Ransom Old Tom Gin, chocolate bitters, espresso, edible flower syrup and East Imperial Burma tonic
THE PODIUM FINISH
St George Terroir, whiskey barrel aged bitters, sugar cube, fresh passion fruit and East Imperial Burma tonic topped up with Prosecco
Guests can also customise their own Gin & Tonic, choosing from a selection of premium gins, paired with the finest craft tonics from East Imperial, unique bitters from Fee Brothers, and over thirty garnishes.
- Angus beef rib eye seasoned with barbeque sauce, soya bean paste, honey and curry leaf
- Pork collar seasoned with ginger, garlic chili padi, calamansi, soya sauce, black peppercorn
- Sakura chicken thigh seasoned with peanut butter, sambal oelek, toasted shrimp paste, shaoxing wine and mirin
- Sakura chicken thigh with chimichurri spices, aji panca molido (panca pepper), mustard and coriander
