On 17 and 28 February, guests staying at the resort can enjoy with Lunar New Year-inspired in-resort activities. These include calligraphy sessions and clay lantern-making, as well as an exciting Ang Pow quest around the resort. At the Rangers Club, children can participate in an immersive storytelling experience inspired by the 12 Chinese zodiac animals. Available from 19 January to 3 March 2026, the Lunar New Year menus feature thoughtfully curated six-course and eight-course set menus (from $168++ per person, or from $1888++ per table of 10 persons) by Executive Chinese Chef Chan Chung Shing, complemented by seasonal à la carte selections. Highlights include Prosperity Yu Sheng with Crispy Fish Skin and Whitebait; Braised Fish Maw Broth with Dried Scallop and Crab Meat; and Braised 6-Head Abalone with Prosperity Oyster and Black Moss. The Tea Room refreshes its iconic afternoon tea with Prosperi-Tea Afternoon Tea, a Lunar New Year edition that brings together a classic afternoon tea experience with dim sum delights, all handcrafted with celebratory flavours. Available from 5 January to 3 March 2026, the seasonal menu features savoury creations, elegant sweets, and unlimited freshly baked St. Regis scones, paired with Copenhagen Sparkling Tea or a glass of R de Ruinart Brut Champagne (from $65++ per person) . Having just undergone a transformation journey late last year, W Singapore—Sentosa Cove invites guests to celebrate the Lunar New Year to stunning views of the Sentosa Marina. Available from 16 to 18 February 2026, W Singapore—Sentosa Cove 6-Course Set Menus are available for four ($328++) or six ($488++) guests, alongside a selection of à la carte Speciality dishes. Highlights include the Mandarin Perch, paired with Lime and Green Chilli Sauce ($68++), alongside a nourishing Double-Boiled Sea Cucumber and Fish Maw with dried scallop in Ginseng Chicken Broth ($22++, individual). The celebrations continue with Fried Glutinous Rice with Truffle, Abalone Bak Kwa and Chestnuts Wrapped in Lotus Leaf ($18++, individual), before concluding on a sweet note with Mango Pomelo Sago served with Vanilla Gelato ($16++, individual). Po at The Warehouse Hotel presents two Lunar New Year menus: the Feast of Harmony ($68++ per pax) and the Feast of Abundance ($88++ per pax).
The Feast of Harmony begins with Po’s Signature Popiah Set and Pork Tripe Soup with White Pepper, followed by Nonya Chap Chye and Ee-Fu Noodle to share. For The Feast of Abundance, diners will also enjoy Stuffed Oyster as a starter, followed by Braised Pork Belly with Taro and the One Treasure Pot, made with premium abalone, Hokkaido scallop with sea cucumbers in slow-braised Japanese dried scallop, before ending on a sweet note with refreshing Yuzu Cheng T’Ng or Kueh of the Day. A vegetarian menu is also available at 68++ per guest.
