From 23 January until 3 March 2026, guests can savour the Double-boiled Chicken Soup with Whole Abalone, Morel Mushroom, Dried Scallop, and Sea Whelk, a dish that embodies warmth and richness. The Steamed Canadian Sea Perch Fillet, infused with Aged Tangerine Peel, Garlic, and Black Beans, offers a delicate balance of flavours, while the Wok-fried East Australian Lobster with Thai Basil Leaf and Green Vegetables, in Supreme Soya Sauce promises an exceptional seafood experience.

Keyaki pays homage to the Lunar New Year traditions with a reinterpretation of the season’s quintessential Yu Sheng. Executive Japanese Chef Teruya Noriyoshi and his Culinary Team introduce a line-up of luxurious Yu Sheng platters, inviting guests to toss to prosperity, fortune and happiness. In partnership with the Embassy of Japan, JETRO, and JFOODO, savour the elegance of seasonal Japanese vegetables showcased in Keyaki’s Yu Sheng platters. Harvested from distinguished prefectures across Japan, each ingredient embodies exceptional freshness and flavour, such as the crisp Mizuna from the Ibaraki prefecture, fragrant Myoga from the Kochi prefecture, and more.
From 23 January until 3 March 2026, guests can choose from two kinds of Yu Sheng platters, available for dine-in only. The Premium Yu Sheng, priced at $398++ showcases a medley of premium ingredients, such as Live Lobster, Bluefin Tuna, Salmon, Yellowtail, Salmon Roe, and Sea Urchin, beautifully complemented by Kinpaku Gold Flakes and Ginbaku Silver Flakes, while the Wafu Yu Sheng, priced from $138++ features quality Bluefin Tuna, Salmon, Yellowtail and Tobiko, complete with Kinpaku Gold Flakes, and Ginpaku Silver Flakes.
