In a city known for pushing culinary boundaries, Royal Plaza on Scotts introduces a truly extraordinary concept: Hidden Table, a Carousel Collection — Singapore’s first Halal dine-in-the-dark experience. This is not just a dinner. It’s an immersive journey where your senses are your only guide, and every dish is a story told in complete darkness.

A Journey Beyond Sight

The adventure begins at Palm Café on Level 5, where guests are greeted with the Elixir of the Forgotten Dusk, a welcome drink as mysterious as the experience ahead. Personal belongings, including sources of light, are carefully stored away — here, preconceptions are left at the door.

As you step into the enveloping darkness, sight fades, but the world sharpens in new ways. Touch, sound, smell, and taste rise to the forefront, transforming a meal into a multi-sensory exploration.

Dining as Theatre: A Multi-Sensory Odyssey

Led by the silent guidance of a symbolic owl, each course becomes a chapter in a fantastical tale:

• The New World: A sensory awakening where cool breezes and gentle echoes evoke the vast unknown, much like the delicate moment of a chick hatching from its shell.

• The Forest Awakening: Mist swirls as unseen flora brushes against your fingertips. Crackling textures and bold flavours tease the palate, each bite a whisper from the heart of the forest.

• The Enchanted Woodland: Earthy scents of wood fill the air as diners are gently grounded by the touch of vines and grass, anchoring them deeper into the narrative.

• The Undergrowth: A descent into layered, earthy flavours that celebrate nature’s hidden treasures — an indulgent finale where textures and tastes evolve with every bite.

超越视觉的味觉之旅

体验之旅从五楼的 Palm Café 拉开序幕，一杯神秘的 “被遗忘的黄昏秘药” 迎接着每位宾客。所有随身物品与光源都会被妥善寄存，仿佛在踏入未知前，先卸下所有成见。

当您迈入黑暗，视觉逐渐隐退，其余四感随之被唤醒。触觉、听觉、嗅觉与味觉被无限放大，将一顿晚餐升华为一场感官盛宴。

在象征性“守护猫头鹰”的无声引领下，每一道菜肴皆是故事的一章：

• 新世界：一场感官觉醒，凉风拂面、回音轻响，仿佛初生雏鸟破壳而出，脆弱却满载希望。
