Impress your dinner guests with delectable turkey flavours from M Hotel; choose from the good ol’ Traditional Roast Turkey (4kg, $138+) served with cranberry sauce and traditional roasted gravy or get everyone excited with exclusive Winter Truffle Turkey with Parmigiano (4kg, $148+), infused with aromatic truffle and rich cheese, creating a festive centerpiece that’s sure to impress. Both turkeys are served with a side of seasonal vegetables and potatoes that will have your guests asking for more in seconds. 

Indulge in traditional Honey-baked Ham (2kg, $98+) served with a tangy sweet citrus glaze of marmalade and pineapple sauce, and Christmas Roast Ribeye Beef (1kg, $158+) served with roasted almond broccoli, chestnut stuffing and garlic thyme potatoes.

Filled with immense joy is Signature Jumbo Chicken Pie ($48+, serves 4 – 6 persons) handcrafted patiently by the deft hands of our pastry chef, with the same legendary recipe as our original famed chicken pie. A new addition to our pie collection is the Jumbo White Pepper Beef Cheek Pie ($78+, serves 4 – 6 persons), filled with tender chunks of beef, savory mushrooms, potatoes and our chef’s special gravy. Perfect for sharing—or not!

Sweeten your holidays with a delightful selection of Christmas Yule log cake flavors. Embrace the winter holiday spirit with the Osmanthus Igloo Cake (1kg, $88+), featuring delicate osmanthus-infused layers and adorned with boba pearls—a perfect treat for bubble tea lovers. For chocolate enthusiasts, the Chocolate Truffle Log Cake (800g, $78+) delivers an intense and rich experience, filled with luscious chocolate truffle cream and elegantly covered in melted chocolate ganache. 

Both the Osmanthus Igloo Cake and Chocolate Truffle Log Cake are Halal-certified. 

 

Indulge in the Rum and Raisin Log Cake (800g, $98+), a rolled sponge cake layered with zabaione (custard-like cream) and mascarpone cheese, enhanced by the addition of rumsoaked raisins that uplifts the flavour of the log cake; a decadent treat indeed.
