From 5 – 8 September, 10AM – 7PM, Volvo invites the community to explore Volvo: Electrified. Step into an exciting showcase of Volvo’s journey towards electrification held at New Bahru alongside experiential workshops, interactive activities for the little ones, as well as a pop-up Volvo Café presenting Swedish delights, a nod to the brand’s heritage.

Electrifying Displays

The immersive world of Volvo begins with exhibits highlighting the brand’s history and electrifying future, including a never-before-seen in Singapore, in-depth view of the exposed inner mechanics of a cutaway electric vehicle (EV) and detailed powertrain display. Discover Volvo’s range of fully electric vehicles, the EX30, EX40 and EC40 through new lenses amidst their awe-inspiring displays with a local personality that embodies each model in action and spirit.

 

Volvo EV Clinic

Over the weekend, join industry experts Mr Christopher Tan, retired Motoring and Transport Senior Correspondent from The Straits Times, Dr Yvonne Tan, Head of Volvo Cars Tech Hub Singapore, and Mr Goh Chee Kiong, Chief Executive Officer of Charge+, as they share insider insights on electrification in Singapore. As a brand that cares about the world we live in and the people around us, Volvo:Electrified has curated a myriad of family-friendly activities centred around art, gardening, wellness, and even created a dedicated space for children.

Experiential Workshops

Unleash your inner artist, connect with nature, and learn ways to enhance your well-being, with a series of engaging and educational workshops at the event. Choose from painting a miniature chocolate Volvo, with chocolate from Janice Wong Singapore, or discover the secrets to staying young and managing stress in our Health & Wellness Talks led by Doctor Anywhere. Christopher Leow, Founder of The Freestyle Farm, will also be sharing tips on building your very own edible garden where you can bring home a self-watering planter with your own plants.

Specially curated for the little ones by The Artground, this space lets children travel in custom-crafted Volvo cars and take part in an interactive experience, learning to design electric vehicles from everyday materials.

 

Volvo Café

Power up with Swedish specialities at the Volvo café paired with a cup of coffee or tea. The menu includes a range of classic Swedish food including well-loved Swedish meatballs, the classic sandwich cake, and an array of desserts such as Swedish waffles, and traditional cakes.
