MICHELIN-STARRED CAMPHOR BRINGS ITS ACCLAIMED CUISINE TO SINGAPORE DURING GRAND PRIX WEEK

Zouk Group presents a four-day pop-up with No.8 Hospitality’s Michelin-starred restaurant Camphor, from Thursday, September 19 to Sunday, September 22, during the Grand Prix Week at Here Kitty Kitty. This event offers Singaporean food enthusiasts a rare opportunity to experience the acclaimed cuisine that has established Camphor as a culinary powerhouse.

Since opening in 2022 in Downtown LA’s Arts District, Camphor, a Michelin-starred modern French bistro, has quickly become a standout in the culinary world. Owned and operated by No. 8 Hospitality founders Sarah Lam and Cyrus Batchan, Camphor blends a passion for hospitality with a commitment to excellence. Helmed by Executive Chef Max Boonthanakit, a seasoned talent with over 10 years of experience at world-renowned restaurants like Blue by Alain Ducasse in Bangkok, Camphor reimagines the classic bistro experience. Boonthanakit’s unassuming yet nuanced menu draws on his global upbringing and classical French training, offering diners a refreshing and refined culinary journey that continues to earn critical acclaim.

Following a series of successful pop-ups with high-profile brands, including Coachella, ARCA Tulum, RedTail in Resorts World Las Vegas, and Manta in Cabo San Lucas, Camphor continues to make its mark on the international culinary scene. Known for bringing its Michelin-starred expertise to diverse locations, each pop-up and collaboration event has drawn significant attention and praise, further solidifying Camphor’s reputation as a culinary leader.

Building on the Food & Beverage arm of Zouk Group, which includes RedTail and Five Guys, this highly anticipated collaboration with Camphor starts on Thursday, 19th September and lasts until Sunday, 22nd September. During the pop-up at Here Kitty Kitty, Camphor will offer two distinct dining experiences: a lunchtime Steak Frites pop-up, featuring bread & butter, salad, steak and frites, available on the 20th – 22nd of September, and a curated Grand Prix dinner menu from the 19th to the 21st of September. The Grand Prix dinner menu includes dishes such as Scallop Demi Lune, Chicken en Farcie with Cabbage and Turnip, and a refreshing Strawberry Citrus Milk dessert. Price per person for the Steak Frites experience is $65 and price per person for the Grand Prix Dinner is $160. Full menus can be found here.

Camphor’s Steak Frites Lunch at the Here Kitty Kitty will be hosted in the Main Bar from September 20 to 22, priced at $65+ per person. Camphor’s Grand Prix Dinner will be available from September 19 to 21, in Here Kitty Kitty’s secret dining room, with limited seating for 40 guests each night, starting at $160+ per person.
