CELESTIAL BLOSSOMS MOONCAKES: PEACH BLOSSOMS PRESENTS NEW FLAVOURS IN ELEGANTLY DESIGNED GIFT BOXES

 

From now until 17 September 2024, Peach Blossoms celebrates the Mid-Autumn Festival with a collection of exquisite mooncakes, featuring innovative and traditional flavours crafted by Executive Chinese Chef Edward Chong.

 

This year, two new flavours have been added to the repertoire. Inspired by Peach Blossoms and its signature peach oolong tea, the Charcoal Peach Long Jing with Okinawa Brown Sugar Mochi highlights the vibrant fruity sensation of peach fruit laced with the fragrant notes of Long Jing tea. The smooth peach Long Jing tea paste is complemented by chewy, Okinawa brown sugar mochi embedded within. Mung Bean and Red Bean Symphony is inspired by the flavours of kai zai paeng, an Asian childhood snack. Indulge in a harmonious melding of two beans – earthy mung bean and sweet red bean – balanced with a subtle savoury note.

 

Besides the additions, Peach Blossoms’ signature mooncakes are a tribute to festive traditions. The quintessential Single Yolk with White Lotus Paste brings buttery smooth caramel notes with every bite, highlighted by the umami notes of the salted egg yolk. For double the indulgence, the Double Yolk with White Lotus Paste is an extra treat for yolk-lovers.
