Delight in signature Singaporean gems such as Peppery Teochew Bak Kut Teh, Braised Soya Duck and Peanut with Yam Rice, and Bak Chor Mee. The menu features a variety of heritage classics guaranteed to entice discerning palates, including Singapore Laksa with Baby Lobster, Braised Kurobuta Pork Belly with Lotus Bun, Teochew Steamed Local-farmed Golden Pomfret, Nyonya Chap Chye, Kueh Pie Tee, and Popiah.

A Dessert Affair to Remember

No culinary expedition is complete without a sweet ending. Indulge in a local dessert affair with offerings like golden Deep-fried Durian, Banana & Chempedak Ball, the National Day signature Chempedak Cake, Durian Pengat, Milo Dinosaur Panna Cotta, Lychee Bandung Compote Trifle, Kopi O Cake, Onde Lamington, Pulut Hitam Soup, and a charming assortment of Rainbow Roti Ice Cream Sandwiches.

For those who enjoy traditional local beverages, the Old School Pop-up Drinks Stall offers a range of familiar flavors. Quench your thirst with Teh Tarik, Iced Limau, Soya Chin Chow, and the iconic “Singapore Sling,” served as a delicious mocktail.

This comprehensive buffet experience transports diners on a tantalizing gastronomic journey through the vibrant flavors that celebrate Singapore’s rich food culture.

“Flavours of the Lion City: A Culinary Expedition Through Singapore” is available for dinner from 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm from 9 July until 9 August 2024, priced at $128++ per adult and $64 per child (6 – 12 years old). Prices include complimentary coffee, tea, teh tarik, iced limau, and soya chin chow.

Additionally, on Singapore’s National Day, 9 August 2024, the special buffet will be available for lunch from 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm at the same price.

In celebration of Singapore’s National Day month, Edge offers a special price of $88++ per person for Singaporean citizens born in 1965. This commemorative offer pays tribute to Singapore’s 59th year of independence, allowing those who share the nation’s birth year to partake in the flavourful festivities at a discounted rate.
